Feng Shui Consultant Melbourne
Your Home’s Energy Shapes Your Prosperity, Relationships and Health
Wellness at Home uses Flying Star Feng Shui, one of the most rigorous and comprehensive forms of classical feng shui. Unlike decorative Western approaches, Flying Star analyses the energetic distribution of Qi within your home based on its compass orientation, age, and floor plan. Every building has a unique energetic blueprint, and an experienced feng shui consultant can help you understand and work with it.
In Feng Shui we believe that our external environments are a reflection of our internal environment. A well-calibrated home supports prosperity, relationships, and health; an imbalanced one can quietly work against them. A feng shui consultation with Narelle examines how the distribution of energy within your home may be influencing your quality of life — and provides clear, practical guidance on how to restore harmony and invite positive change.
The outcome is to create environments that support, nurture and help to create prosperity in all areas of our lives, whilst supporting peoples wellbeing. An accurate and indepth analysis can provide insights and recommendations on how to navigate certain periods of our lives.
Flying Star Feng Shui works with the five elements — Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water — each symbolised by shapes, seasons, colours, and materials. By understanding how these elemental energies interact in your specific home at this moment in time, Narelle can recommend targeted adjustments to furniture placement, colour, décor, and layout that support your wellbeing and life goals. This is feng shui for health and wellbeing in its most profound form.

Feng Shui literally means ‘wind’ and ‘water’. It is an ancient Chinese art that has existed for thousands of years. It uses the laws of nature to restore balance therefore harmonising the environment to help improve one’s quality of life. It acknowledges that everything in the universe living and non living is Qi moving at different vibrational frequencies so therefore it is all interrelated. The translation of Feng Shui from the classical texts is “The energy of the Dragon is dispersed by wind and stops at the boundary of water”.
Ancient Feng Shui developed from careful observation of nature. By this they considered that a building must be placed and designed in harmony with all the surrounding elements of the environment and landscape and by the doing this the site could then harness the vital life force energy required. Feng Shui was considered sacred and was once only used by royalty in China. Much was done to keep this art secret and therefore it has only emerged in the west over the last few decades.
Feng Shui is far more complex then just placing windchimes and crystals, as it tells a story about the relationship between you and your home and how this can affect all aspects of your life.
We all know the feeling of walking into a space that feels right, comfortable and relaxing and that strange feeling that occurs when you enter a space and its aesthetically pleasing yet something is just not quite right but you can’t put your finger on it.

Package 1: Existing Home Assessment
An overview of some of the underlying principles and concepts of feng shui is given and how we can use these to allow a free flow of Qi or energy to move throughout our home. Allowing energy to meander and be contained invites and allows opportunities into our homes and lives. Each property is unique; it has its own age, orientation, design layout and occupants. We use guidelines and principles but assess each place based on its own uniqueness.
This assessment comprises of a report based on one completed floor plan for an individual chart of the home according to the compass reading and age of the building. The report will include recommendations on colour choice, furniture placement, decor materials & furnishings, as well as general Feng Shui guidelines with a view to enhance and harmonise the energies present. Depending upon location this can be done remotely or by visiting the site.
Package 2: Feng Shui at Design Stage
This assessment includes two charts to be completed. One on the concept design where any areas that need modification can be addressed and then another chart based on the final design layout. A report is then completed based on the final floor plan according to the compass reading and age of the building.
This consultation includes a questionnaire and the report will include recommendations on colour choice, furniture placement, decor materials & furnishings, as well as general Feng Shui guidelines with a view to enhance and harmonise the energies present. Depending upon location this can be done remotely or by visiting the site.
